Data logging service

Data logging completes our range of strain gauging services with a range of options for monitoring sensor outputs. The services we offer include long term monitoring of building movements combined with wind speed and direction, through vehicle force and acceleration data, to explosive events such as parachute deployment and stun gun performance.

Using appropriate measuring devices, we can record static or slow moving changes as well as high-speed data logging straight to a PC for viewing in real time or for subsequent manipulation in spreadsheet or graphical formats.

Our wide range of instrumentation for hire means we can support practically any type of sensor. The instruments can operate from the mains, from batteries or from a generator. This means that, whatever and wherever toe job, logging can be successfully achieved.

To ensure the most cost effective solution for your project, our highly experienced people will work alongside your own engineers from the very start. And from our own resources we can add parameters which may otherwise be overlooked. All of which ensures that the results are as meaningful as possible.

Naturally, we present the results in the form most convenient for you. Whether that’s a written report or a CD with data stored in a compact and easily accessible format.

If a project is long term or needs to be repeated frequently, a cost effective solution is for us to supply a suitable instrument along with the sensors to be used.

All installations are completed to our ISO9001:2000 manual. To ensure full traceability, all information, including parts used, equipment certificates and test findings are included in the report.
