In-house service

Our laboratory is designed for efficiency. Its specialist equipment includes:

• Air abrading equipment for surface preparation.
• Fully equipped temperature-controlled bonding room with laminar flow benches and microscopes for positioning strain gauges accurately.
• Computer controlled ovens for accurate curing of adhesives.
• Environmental chambers ranging from –20°C to +500°C for testing and temperature compensation.

Our installation experience covers small one-off projects to multiple complex installations. At temperatures ranging from -269°C to 1000°C. And it includes static, dynamic measurements, platinum tungsten, and so on. What’s more, we take great pride in being able to deliver on time, on budget and within our own high quality standards.

Because we’re fully independent, we can select the most suitable strain gauges, coatings, wire and other components to give the best results for every project.

On-site service

Obviously, it’s not practical to send items such as vehicles, aeroplanes, bridges, buildings and boats to our laboratory for strain gauging. So we offer a comprehensive on-site service.

Our engineers have many years of experience in all environments. They can carry out installations safely and professionally, working in close co-operation with your own engineers.
